Meet our Founder
Emily Mughannam
OWNER, CREATIVE DIRECTORFounded by Emily Mughannam in 2014, Fletcher Rhodes is a boutique luxury interior design studio known for creating timeless homes that feel deeply personal, beautifully livable, and rooted in a true sense of place.
After earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the Design Institute of San Diego and refining her craft alongside respected architecture and design firms, Emily established Fletcher Rhodes with a vision of creating homes that are as meaningful as they are beautiful.
With an intuitive ability to understand both a home and the people who live within it, Emily approaches every project with curiosity, creativity, and a deep appreciation for thoughtful design. She believes the most successful interiors are not only visually compelling but also enhance the way her clients experience everyday life.
Today, Emily leads a collaborative team of talented designers who share a passion for timeless architecture, natural materials, and enduring craftsmanship. Working alongside skilled artisans, architects, builders, and trusted trades throughout California and beyond, Fletcher Rhodes creates homes that are warm, refined, and thoughtfully tailored to each client's lifestyle.
Through tiles and textiles, a mix of antique and modern, and relationships with greater Sonoma’s most talented tradespeople, this full-service and award-winning design firm continues to inspire their clients and themselves, while drawing inspiration from wine country’s inherent beauty.
