After earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the Design Institute of San Diego and refining her craft alongside respected architecture and design firms, Emily established Fletcher Rhodes with a vision of creating homes that are as meaningful as they are beautiful.

With an intuitive ability to understand both a home and the people who live within it, Emily approaches every project with curiosity, creativity, and a deep appreciation for thoughtful design. She believes the most successful interiors are not only visually compelling but also enhance the way her clients experience everyday life.

Today, Emily leads a collaborative team of talented designers who share a passion for timeless architecture, natural materials, and enduring craftsmanship.
