New Construction
These are our ideal projects! We work hand-in-hand with you, the client, and the construction/architectural team to create custom spaces that are reflective of your unique taste, and suited to your lifestyle. Our team works together to design all interior spaces, selecting all interior finishes from head to toe. This also includes our favorite part- furniture design, accessorizing and art selection. Sit back and enjoy, we handle all the details.
Renovations
Sometimes you find a gem of a property but it needs an overhaul. These projects are smaller scale than full construction but the scope of work is similar. We love old historical elements, a Victorian, a Mediterranean full of plaster walls and archways, loads of natural stone, a Brownstone or even a modern gem that may be a little dated and need the FR Touch. Once all the construction details are in alignment we complete your space with furniture, accessories and art.
Furniture Only
Just purchased a new home, or finished your renovation with an incredible architectural team but still need to style and furnish? These projects are great for our second home owners, or for clients who have a perfect shell but need a full home of furniture and decor. We provide soup to nuts so you get that wow moment.
Distance Design
Live outside California?? Not a problem. We’ll tailor the experience similarly to our full service projects then decide on service deliverables based on how hands on you’d like us to be. You, the client gets as much custom treatment as you like, we will happily stay as involved as possible, customizing the amount of site visits based on budget. In the end you will still get our full team onsite for final installation - the best part = the big reveal!
