After earning a bachelor’s degree in fine arts with an emphasis in interior design from the Design Institute of San Diego, and gaining hands-on experience with small architecture and design firms, Emily Mughannam was ready to open her own firm. And in 2014, Fletcher Rhodes opened its doors.

With an innate sense of seeing a space and the people who live in it, Emily has a special way of connecting with her clients and their projects—and connecting her clients with their homes. The experienced team at Fletcher Rhodes believes in the magical impact a new space can have on someone’s life. And it’s reflected in their portfolio.

Through tiles and textiles, a mix of antique and modern, and relationships with greater Sonoma’s most talented tradespeople, this full-service and award-winning design firm continues to inspire their clients and themselves, while drawing inspiration from wine country’s inherent beauty.

Emily currently resides in Sonoma, California with her husband and two children.
