MARIN HILLSIDE COTTAGE

Tucked away next to acres of beautiful open space, this project underwent a gut-renovation to transform a 1980's home into a sophisticated family retreat. What began as a plan to design a more functional kitchen soon turned into a full-home makeover to make every space as family-functional as possible! Through new high ceilings to bring in lots of natural light, we expanded the family room into a more welcoming space. The project required integrating family time in front of the fire, board games, movies, WFH space, and abundant storage needs. By combining all functions we remade the property into a timeless and tranquil oasis.
