Located in the heart of San Francisco, this full-home Victorian renovation transformed a historic 1900s residence into a warm, vibrant, and highly functional family home for a long-time Fletcher Rhodes client. Designed in collaboration with architect John Lumm, the project included a complete gut renovation and third-floor addition tailored to modern family living while preserving the original character of the home. As a San Francisco interior design project rooted in both timeless design and personality, we layered rich textures, custom details, and thoughtful touches of color throughout the interiors to reflect the clients’ playful spirit while maintaining the refined, livable aesthetic that defines Fletcher Rhodes.
