To embrace the property’s Mediterranean architecture, we updated the flooring throughout, opting for large plank oak floors. The white plaster walls and new plaster fireplace, in the same color, provided a sculptural look and brought cohesion to the dining and living rooms. To appease our client (an avid chef), we included a professional range and hood along with a custom Tabarka tile backsplash. The light kitchen cabinets and contrasting dark countertop with a special edge were small details that carried a big impact.
