Fletcher Rhodes Selected as Best of Houzz 2022

ICYMI: We are honored to have been named by Houzz as Best of 2022! As we reflect on the past year of work, we are humbled by the amount of patience and cooperation our clients have shown during a year of supply chain issues and production delays, and thrilled with the results of our project completions and installs: Napa Neue, Sonoma Mediterranean Mod, and Sonoma Med Mod Cottage. It was also a year of kitchens — some of our faves from these three aforementioned projects, as well as designs for our Coombsville Country Home and Fountain Grove Rebuild. Check out the highlights below!

KITCHEN REMODELS

With so many families homebound for two years, we found that many were taking a hard look at what they wanted to improve in their immediate surroundings. Kitchen remodels have been a hugely popular request amongst our clients. Lighter cabinets, lighter floors, and less upper cabinetry bulk with open shelves mixed in were the most loved trends.

nAPA NEUE

Quite possibly the quickest turnaround we have done was also due to the conditions of the past two years. Our Napa Neue client wanted to move their young family from San Francisco to a home they purchased in the Napa/Yountville area in order to spread out and get more family time together. We brought in wife and husband team Kendra and Seth Smoot to style and photograph the finished project, and could not be more pleased with how this stunner came together for our client and their family.

sonoma mediterranean mod

A 2-for-1 project in a Sonoma vineyard gave us the opportunity to do a major kitchen and bathroom renovation on a main house and a guest cottage, with new flooring, plaster fireplaces, and new furniture throughout both homes. We loved collaborating with this client whose exquisite taste and trust in our team made for beautiful details and selections in every space. While we haven’t gotten this one professionally photographed yet, the install day iPhone pics give a glimpse of what we were able to create together.

sonoma med mod cottage

A bonus for the Fletcher Rhodes team was the chance to transform the cute little guest cottage adjacent to the main house, which included a kitchen and bath remodel as well. Being that the spaces were smaller than the main house, we kept it light with white walls, white countertops, and a lot of linen upholstery and drapery.
